The Deep Dive
Many private health insurance plans in Manitoba provide coverage for parent training sessions delivered by a registered Speech and Language Pathologist. All sessions within this program are provided by a registered Speech and Language Pathologist, allowing parents to access benefits for parent for training and support, while preserving the child's Speech and Language therapy coverage for direct therapy services. What's included:
- 12 weekly or every other week 50 minute coaching sessions that will be held on zoom (all sessions must be used within a 6 month time frame)
- Email support during regular business hours so that you can ask quick questions between sessions
- Digital copies of visuals to support your home routine along with teaching on how to implement visuals in a way that will develop routine for your child
- A non-judgemental space, for you-the parent, to share concerns
- Learning the 3C's of the NAVIGATE program: co-regulation, communication and connection which provide a framework for understanding and supporting your autistic child in moments of dysregulation, so that you can continue to build trust and safety and be the parents you want to be
- Behind the scenes, time is also dedicated to finding resources, refining strategies based on your feedback and evolving goals, time is allocated to developing digital materials to support your goals - so that every step we take together is intentional, informed and impactful.

The 3 C's of the NAVIGATE Program
Discover personalized ways to help you remain calm in the face of your child's dysregulation, so that you can be a co-regulator for your child
Rediscover your inner child and learn how to play in a way that is both at your child's level and fun for your child, so that you can build deep connections together
Uncover your child's language processing style and learn ways to tweak your communication style so that your child can more easily grow their communication skills

- Develop a deeper understanding of autism spectrum disorder through a strengths-based lens
- Identify what strategies are working and what's not
- Learn about regulation and how to be a co-regulator
- Understand language processing styles so that you can better communicate with your child
- Problem solve in 2-3 areas and learn strategies that are manageable and not overwhelming
- Become proactive in problem-solving and curious about behaviours
- Play or respond at your child's level so that you can build a stronger connection
- Learn to use visuals to build independence in your child

PRICING
The investment for NAVIGATE as a payment plan is structured as three (3) equal payments of $900 CAD (for a total of $2700 CAD). The first payment is due prior to the first training session, and subsequent payments are due every other month (automated payments will be charged to the original payment method on file).
